Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@sekh7import-export.ovh. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank or credit card processing may take additional time.

Order cancellation

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time as long as the item has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at (+212 620 953 377) or (+41 77 962 41 83), or via our online contact form. Kindly provide your name, address, and order number to help us process the cancellation.


Additional return details for ANCHOR & CREW items

You benefit from a 28-day cooling-off period after receipt, during which you may return unused items for a full refund, without penalty. You are responsible for keeping the items in your possession and taking reasonable care of them until they are returned. To request a refund or exchange, please contact us by phone or online.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including the branded tin packaging and any guarantees, within the cooling-off period. We cannot accept returns for used, non-faulty, or unwanted items after use.

Returns from the United Kingdom

We recommend using Royal Mail with adequate insurance, especially for valuable products. If the return is due to a faulty item under warranty, we will fully reimburse the return postage. For unwanted items, we cannot contribute to return shipping costs.


International returns

Please use a reasonable shipping method at a reasonable cost (e.g., USPS from North America). If the return concerns a faulty item under warranty, we will reimburse the return cost up to a fair standard rate (excluding unnecessary express shipping or excessive insurance). For unusually high reimbursement requests, we will verify market rates and contact you. No reimbursement will be given for return postage of unwanted items.


Important Information

• We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged during return shipping.
• Allow 1 full working day for processing after the item is received.
• If your item is being repaired under warranty, we will proceed as quickly as possible.
• Refunds are issued after inspection; please allow up to 1 working day for the amount to appear in your account, depending on bank processing times.
