📦 Order Processing & Dispatch
• All orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT BST) are processed and shipped on the same business day.
• Each item is carefully packaged in a sealed, padded, and recyclable parcel to ensure its safety during transit.
• Every piece of jewelry comes with a white fabric pouch, a 1-year warranty card, and a collectible metal box.

🇬🇧 UK Delivery
• Free express shipping.
• Delivery is guaranteed on the next working day before 1:00 PM, with:
 – Full tracking,
 – Enhanced insurance,
 – Signature required upon delivery.

📧 Notifications
You will receive email notifications:
• Upon order confirmation,
• When your order is being prepared and shipped,
• And a second confirmation email (please check your spam folder if necessary).

• Free international delivery.
• All parcels are shipped via trusted international couriers such as UPS, DHL, TNT, or Royal Mail, depending on the destination address.
• The service may include tracking and signature upon receipt, depending on your country and local customs regulations.

🇪🇺 Shipping to the European Union
• No customs duties or additional taxes to pay upon delivery.
• In accordance with EU regulations effective July 1st, 2021, your country’s local VAT is charged directly at checkout, and we take care of transferring it to your local tax authority.
• Applies to all EU member countries.

🌎 Other countries (USA, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, and all other countries worldwide)
• No customs duties are charged at checkout.
• However, most of these countries have high import thresholds, under which no import tax or customs fees apply.
• As a result, it is very likely you won’t have to pay anything extra upon delivery.
• If you live outside the EU and your country is not listed above, we recommend checking your country’s import threshold by searching: “customs import threshold from the UK to [your country]”.

For non-EU and non-UK customers:
All prices shown on our website include UK VAT by default. However, if you place an order from a non-EU and non-UK shipping address, the VAT (20%) will be automatically deducted at checkout. You will only pay the tax-free (net) price.
